The Albany Farmers' Market opens around mid-April every year, and returns every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Nov. 21. With a tradition dating back nearly 50 years, it's the longest-running open-air farmers market in Oregon, featuring an outstanding selection of locally sourced food, gourmet cheese, fresh bread, and baked goods. This market also features the Power of Produce Club, designed to encourage healthy eating with fun, educational activities for kids ages 4-12.
The Corvallis Farmers' Market is operated by the same organization as the Albany Farmers' Market. Its Saturday market is also open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., while an additional Wednesday market at the same location gives shoppers another chance to visit during the week. Some vendors appear at both markets, along with others based closer to Corvallis.
Like the previous two entries on our list, the next two farmers markets also operate as a pair, starting with the Lebanon Downtown Farmers Market, which is open every Thursday from 2 to 6 p.m. this year through October 8. If you're shopping for fresh seafood and locally sourced meat, this is an excellent farmers market to visit. You'll also find a tempting selection of fresh produce throughout the summer, especially if you love strawberries, blueberries, and sweet cherries.
The Sweet Home Farmers Market is open later than most farmers markets, so it's a great choice if you can't make it out to one of the morning markets on the weekends. This market is open through October 6, 2026, on Tuesdays from 2 to 6 p.m. Many of your favorite vendors from the Lebanon Downtown Farmers' Market are present, as well as additional vendors like Rena Beez Apiaries.
The Brownsville Thursday Market is another excellent option for afternoon/evening shopping, open every Thursday from 3 to 6 p.m. This market is popular among gardeners, with a great selection of garden supplies, plant starts, and plants. It's also got all the delicious fresh produce you'd expect, plus unique extras like handcrafted wooden furniture.
